Glitch was rescued from a home where he had been tied up to a pole in the backyard for the first 11 months of his life. Without shelter, he lived attached to this pole during the cold, the rain and extreme heat of his first Las Vegas summer. Neighbors heard his cries and after realizing he was not being taken care of properly or ever provided relief from the weather, they talked the family into giving him up so he could get medical attention. However, the local shelters were at capacity and with his condition, euthanasia is what was offered. We stepped in to prevent this from happening and Glitch became part of the Misfit Family in November of 2022. He was provided medical care, some much needed love, rehabilitation and basic training. He's been thriving ever since.

Despite his start in life, Glitch hasn't met a person he doesn't fall in love with and is the happiest of boys. He loves to play ball, tug, go for a run on our DogPacer, go for a walk or a hike and also just cuddle on the couch.

Glitch gets very excited when meeting new friends and during playtime, so children under the age of 5 are not recommended. He is not aggressive towards people or other animals but his excitability and rough play style are not for every dog and has caused other dogs to not be fond of him. For this reason, cats are not recommended and a meet-n-greet would be necessary with any potential pack mate to ensure your dog will be tolerable of Glitch's quirky personality.

We love this happy little boy and we are sure you will too!
